Unfortunately not.  However, would you have a say in whose brain you got (provided they were willing to donate it?), and would you even be able to remember the past brain with which to compare, post-transplant. 

I think, on reflection, better the devil you know maybe !

I really like this reply, it gave me a different perspective, was just having a bad day and as soon as I posted it I regretted it... quite a silly thought of me to have I must say.

Not at all.  We all say things and then think 'I wish I hadn't....'   

I did wonder whether to answer at all, but I do pride myself at being able to come up with an answer to most things. 

However even I say some things that I really wish I hadn't and then go to delete them, only to find they've been read or commented on already.

No I appreciate you answering and I appreciate the thought that went into it!

I struggle with answers to most things so I'll keep that noted for when I'm struggling again lol

Can they not be deleted when someone has interacted? I tried but could not seem to find a delete option!

I'm glad it gave you a little challenge though, something positive came from it at the very least and your take on it definitely got me thinking so thank you too
