My 4 year old has always had an issue with getting his hair and face wet. Recently he’s started dunking his face into the bath, getting distressed but repeatedly doing it. When asked why he’s doing it he says it’s because of the toys, or his brother/dad/myself. Basically he can’t give any reason why. He has done this during every bath time for the last few weeks. Today he did it twice before I could stop him. Then he cried that he wanted to get out. I told him we’d have a quick wash then get straight out. Whilst he was getting washed I could see in his face he was wanting to do it again even though he was still crying that he didn’t like it. Any advice??
Thanks
It's a complete and utter guess... But just the mention of the toys?? You haven't got an Alexa device? https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/technology-59810383
"Customer trust is at the centre of everything we do and Alexa is designed to provide accurate, relevant, and helpful information to customers," said Amazon in a statement.
Evidently it is not.
Intention is not fact.
My job sees me interacting with the big tech firms, researching the role of data, privacy, and competition. Trust big tech I do not; they do not have the commercial incentive. I have mentioned this in another thread where someone is naively trying to shoehorn a pet project on suicide prevention onto a digital platform that big tech would operate or own input tech on. This oke has their head in the sand, just doesn't want to hear authoritative critiques of their proposal. Eye roll.
honestly, just try it. you will suddenly lose all interest in checking your phone every few minutes. it's really quite shocking!
See this is good info to know!
