Good Morning all,
Newbie here. I have an almost 14 year old daughter who was diagnosed last year as high functioning ASD.
My main concern is her social anxiety. Anxiety is particularly affecting school. She hates going. This week she's been going for only 2 lessons and even then she's not in class but in the support hub where on all honesty very little learning is happening. She can't cope with the busyness, noise etc. She hates socialising anyway as it causes her so much anxiety. She is very lonely as she has no friends.
I really don't know what to do and I'm seriously considering homeschooling possibly with an actual online school, but I will have to find a way to pay for it.
Any advice or experience would be appreciated
S.
