Hi, I;m struggling with the right words to ask for an Appeal? I just want to write why I want to appeal my PIP , But I just can't find the words ,I'm so angry they lied about the assessment. Should I give up now or go for the tribunal ??? Everything you say seems to get twisted ,it is just so stressful. Would like to hear peoples thoughts
Hi there it can be really overwhelming deciding what to do about something like this.
You might find this website useful. On the right hand side of the page there is a link to a tool which will help you to write a letter asking for your PIP decision to be reconsidered:

I hope that justice will be done if you decide to go ahead and appeal the decision.
Thank you, something for me to think about
I hate injustice so if you are in the position and have the strength within to fight it then do.
If it will cause more stress and upset then bite your tongue and walk away. Easier said than done, trust me, but you have to try and look at it logically. Which will cause the least upset in the long term Vs the short.
