It’s that time of year again! Advent has begun! Christmas is coming, the decorations and lights are all thinking away and everything has gone all cozy!
Anyone else excited for Christmas? What’s on your Christmas list? How will you spend Christmas?
For me I get a little mini Christmas as my birthday is during advent so when I get my presents I put them under the tree as well.
Aw that’s so lovely that you get to put your birthday gifts under the tree as well. What are you hoping to get for your birthday?
I’m excited but not excited if that makes sense. I’m excited because everything looks and feels festive, decorations are up, Xmas music is playing.. I can wear my Xmas jumper without people giving me looks like they do when it’s summer. But town is busier now, people are everywhere and it’s noisy. This is the part of it I don’t like. But luckily I’ve been able to do most of my Xmas shopping online so I haven’t had to brave the crowded shops too much.
For Xmas I’m hoping to get some new paints as I do a lot of painting and my supplies are running a bit low.. Some new brushes would be nice too.
I'm hoping to be home for Xmas but I don't know how possible it'll be as I'm working away at the moment. That will be a bit rough but I’m grateful I can whatsapp my family so we can at least keep in touch over the festive period. But keeping my fingers crossed that I can be home by Xmas Eve.

Thank you! I really hope so too. I love being with my family at Xmas, it’s a nice quiet environment usually so I always look forward to it. Are you a present opener or feeler or both? I’m not as bad now but when I was younger I used to feel the presents and if the excitement got too much for me I would open a present or two. My parents weren’t happy if I got caught! One time I did it and then rewrapped it so no one would know lol! Lol buy yourself some wrapping paper and then open and rewrap them at midnight, it worked for me 
I hope you get all those nice things for Xmas this year. I need more make up stuff, I only wear it occasionally but not for long because my skin is super sensitive! But I do like to pretty myself up sometimes.
That’s a good idea I might try shopping later. Sometimes I don’t finish work until like 6-7pm so I could go after, that way I miss the rush hour traffic then as well. I like driving at night as well the Xmas lights and decorations look lovely in the dark. What I dislike is the LEDs on the cars they’re so bright and it’s blinding in the dark.

Aww well I really hope you get to spend time with your family for Christmas, for me it gets overwhelming because no one in my family understands or cares for my issues and all I get is questioned about my issues and if I answer they will either make out I’m overreacting or they will just keep asking why until I can’t answer them anymore so I’m happy to be alone for Christmas haha! I’m actually dreading a holiday next year because of how unsympathetic my dad is ugh!
I’m more of a present feeler and shaker lol! I actually thought the lava lamp was like a bottle of cleanser or hair spray lol! I have been good and not opened any presents though I probably have been naughty at one point no doubt. I remember one year getting up early and my dad was coming home from work and he was delayed so I didn’t get to open my presents until after lunch, I was playing Simpsons hit and run but omg the temptation of wanting to open those presents in front of me was so bad! But my mum was there to keep a check ha!
Ugh yeah one thing about driving if a night is seeing all those bright car lights which are now mainly leds now! If you ask me lights that bright are blinding and therefore unsafe but that’s just me I guess, see I’m very bad with bright lights and on Wednesday my dad took me out but he wouldn’t let me use my sunglasses despite me trying to explain ugh! I also hate how these cars have light up logos now as well as they can also be blinding for me at least. What’s also sad is that all these cars are like suv cars so the lights seem even bigger but again that could be my paranoia. My parents only have small cars and get a hard time for them because both cars are 18 years old. Plus they aren’t high end brands. Why do people have to be so cruel and boastful? Sorry for my rant.
I’ll probably let you know what I got for Christmas in 12 days hehe! Anything Nintendo really lol! Possibly more make up, there agin I don’t like to wear too much make up as I also have sensitive skin. My biggest worry is if I go out with make up and I met a guy and he saw me without make up he would think I’m ugly, I’ve never been in a relationship but I had such an awful time with a manager at my workplace who bullied me for being ugly and even worse without my make up. Now more often or not I go out wearing a face mask and sunglasses with my hood up so no one can see me and I don’t have to see anyone else.
