Advent begins!

Aw that’s so lovely that you get to put your birthday gifts under the tree as well. What are you hoping to get for your birthday?

I’m excited but not excited if that makes sense. I’m excited because everything looks and feels festive, decorations are up, Xmas music is playing.. I can wear my Xmas jumper without people giving me looks like they do when it’s summer. But town is busier now, people are everywhere and it’s noisy. This is the part of it I don’t like. But luckily I’ve been able to do most of my Xmas shopping online so I haven’t had to brave the crowded shops too much.

For Xmas I’m hoping to get some new paints as I do a lot of painting and my supplies are running a bit low.. Some new brushes would be nice too.

I'm hoping to be home for Xmas but I don't know how possible it'll be as I'm working away at the moment. That will be a bit rough but I’m grateful I can whatsapp my family so we can at least keep in touch over the festive period. But keeping my fingers crossed that I can be home by Xmas Eve.

Aww I hope you will be home for xmas but thats the beauty of wats app I guess. Think my mum will be wats sapping me as well. I’ll get my presents on Christmas Eve I think then I have to keep sending pics to prove I haven’t opened any presents until Christmas Day and when I say Christmas Day, I have to wait until like 8am, can’t open on midnight lol! I’m hoping to get a make up brush cleaner, some nintendo stuff, skin care stuff, the usual really lol! 

I completely get that about the crowds. My parents have found that doing shopping after tea time seems to be a good time as it’s quieter and the shelves still seem to be stocked up. I only really like going out of a night and driving around to see the lights.

My birthday was last Friday but yes I got to put the presents under the tree so it was a nice little early Christmas lol! I got some Laura geller make up and a lava lamp, also got a few sims 4 expansion packs too! 

It’s only 13 days till Christmas!! 

Thank you! I really hope so too. I love being with my family at Xmas, it’s a nice quiet environment usually so I always look forward to it. Are you a present opener or feeler or both? I’m not as bad now but when I was younger I used to feel the presents and if the excitement got too much for me I would open a present or two. My parents weren’t happy if I got caught! One time I did it and then rewrapped it so no one would know lol! Lol buy yourself some wrapping paper and then open and rewrap them at midnight, it worked for me

I hope you get all those nice things for Xmas this year. I need more make up stuff, I only wear it occasionally but not for long because my skin is super sensitive! But I do like to pretty myself up sometimes.

That’s a good idea I might try shopping later. Sometimes I don’t finish work until like 6-7pm so I could go after, that way I miss the rush hour traffic then as well. I like driving at night as well the Xmas lights and decorations look lovely in the dark. What I dislike is the LEDs on the cars they’re so bright and it’s blinding in the dark.

Happy belated birthday! I hope you enjoyed it. Your presents sound lovely.. the lava lamp sounds nice too I’ve always wanted one of them lol! Christmas next...

Yeah I know what you mean! Only the other week I had this land range rover suv thing right on my bumper for a couple of miles and then he shot past me, blasted his horn and was gone. He looked quite elderly as well which surprised me. I thought he’d be a bit more mature lol! Again I was doing 40 in a 40mph zone.. I’m not really a car girl but I think the Minis are super cute! I could never have one of these so-called fancy high end cars. I don’t think it’s jealousy at all, you see the truth and it’s like so many people know it they just go all gooey over these cars because they’re new and expensive and I guess driven by “Successful” people. I think your mum is right, a lot of people do rent them on finance and then just change their finance to a different newer one a couple of years later. There’s a guy at my work who does exactly that and he boasts to everybody about it and when he’s asked how he affords it he says because he’s at the top of his career but one of the girls I work with said he’s paying so much a year for it..It’s all show with people like that and he’s so in love with himself lol! People like that are always all the same.

I think some people could be attractive but because they just boast and show off it makes them unattractive. I think that makes sense. You just see and hear their horribleness and can’t see anything else. I have an aunt who is just like that, drives a Jaguar don’t know what one but it’s very new and she’s always bragging about owning it. She wouldn’t give a car like mine or your mums Toyota a second glance. Probably just say still got that old thing, she says that to me all the time. Ahhhhhhh! People are so frustrating lol! I really hope those people lost their license but I bet they didn’t. Like you said they probably just had to do a course! I’m not a good passenger either! I’m slightly better behind the wheel of a car but if it’s dark my anxiety can get bad or if there’s someone being a total moron behind me lol! I didn’t initially ever intend to drive, I would happily walk anywhere but when I got my job it meant I had to travel by train and this was during peak times and the amount of people and noise was unbearable.. so I hastily learned to drive lol. I enjoy it but only when it’s quiet. Driving at peak times is the worst.. I don’t blame you not learning to drive. If I didn’t have to work I’d not bother either lol!

I can understand your questioning yourself like that. I think your mum does love you and doesn’t regret having you – that’s probably just anxiety and the Autistic brain over thinking everything. The fact your mum is there for you despite past stuff happening and she talks you down and helps you when you’re struggling shows how much she loves you. My mum is very much the same and believe me we have clashed at times before as well! When I was at secondary school I struggled 90% of the time and was probably a real cow to my mum but she stuck by me and I am forever grateful for that.

I think it’s natural to clash with your mum every now and then. We’re only human and unfortunately it’s very human to have fallings out from time to time! The main thing is that you make up after. That shows how close you are I think xx.

That’s really bad the playing by your door and damaging it, not to mention leaving all their stuff in the walkway like that. It’s potentially a trip hazard and could be a fire hazard as well. You should photograph that and highlight those concerns because IMO they’re valid points. There was a block of flats near where I work a few years ago and some kids left their stuff outside and someone set it on fire.. caused a lot of damage and it was just sheer luck no one was hurt. Your neighbours sound so bad! I wish I didn’t have neighbours, I’d like to live in the countryside surrounded by farm animals lol! Or on a deserted island! Somewhere silent where people won’t bother me and show off their high end cars lmao! That’s a shame about your glass figurines, but I suppose it’s a good thing rather than you open them on Xmas day and be super disappointed because they weren’t what you were hoping they would be. Hopefully you will find some nicer ones at another time.

Do you collect many things? I like to collect porcelain figurines. I’m slowly building up a nice collection!

LMAO yeah it’s such a funny scene and Sideshow Bob says how even murder has its ugly side! I love his character he’s so funny. I don’t get how these vloggers and tiktok people are supposedly celebs lol! They do like one really lame video or podcast and suddenly there as famous as Taylor Swift lol. Makes no sense to me! Personally I don’t watch or listen to anything like that.
And yeah totally agree it was waaayyy better before Disney got involved with the Simpsons. Sadly it’s been on a downward track for a long time now.

Lol! The dialogue in the game is so funny, it’s got in the Simpsons game as well but hit and run was lots of fun. I saw on YT there’s actually a video of all the cutscenes put together so it is like an actual episode film thing.

Ugh I’m sorry to hear about your street of these supposedly oh so perfect cars. I mean loads of horrible land or range rovers everyone has to boast about as well! Not to mention convertible cars of those brands. Honestly I think the minis are cute! See I was gaslighted into believing that I was jealous of these horrible people because I was told if these horrible people were nice to me then I’d say they’re nice looking, but I can’t admit it due to my anger and jealousy etc and now I keep questioning my true thoughts and feelings, am I really denying myself? It’s so frustrating. Seriously though every sodding car is a freaking so called high end thing, I mean my mums Toyota has lasted nearly 20 years and everyone says Toyota know how to make and build cars. My mum says these people don’t own the cars, just rent them to make it look as if they have money but still the boasting! Ok sorry for my rant there! I’m glad you can see my point of view. I will also say personally I do find these horrible people unattractive and not idol like etc but then I question myself. Omg serves them right about those show offs getting flashed I hope they lost their licenses but everything seems to be avoided as long as you take a course. You drove the correct speed limit so good on you! These horrible people are the reason why I won’t learn to drive, I freak out being a passenger.

But yeah she is the one person I feel I can just be myself around, so if I scream random things in frustration due to traumas or if I stim she lets me do so and talks me down the best she can. But I do question if she really loves me or not, does she regret having me etc. hate the gaslighting! 

I have tried noise cancelling headphones before which were very good so I guess I could invest in a pair haha. What annoys me is how they are mistreating my property and damaging my door which is new. These brats always have to do stupid things by my door and play in the hallway which they shouldn’t do. They have made the hallway a mess with all shoes and footballs and toys etc but why should I have to pick them up. I’m sending the recordings to my mum as well so she has them as backup. Hopefully they will be away for Christmas, I mean a big gathering in a flat is going to be crowded let’s face it. I had asked for these mermaid figurines that I liked the look of and my mum said don’t order them so I had the hint she was getting them but last night she said she had sent them back as they were expensive for what they were made of (plastic not glass) and apparently they didn’t look nice, just tacky and nothing like the pictures. Feel disappointed about this and I never got to see them but guess I can’t do much about it now. 

Yeah I found that Disney has ruined the Simpsons in my opinion and now they are getting whoever these vloggers, tiktokkers, reality stars are on the show. I mean if they are ordinary people then why class them as celebs?! Omg I love that one with sideshow bob and selma, my mum sends me so many videos of that, I love it when sideshow bob has to wash himself down lol! In hit and run, Patty and Selma’s one liners when failing the street race just get me all the time. Some of my favs are
