What are the foods that make you wince? How about the ones that you can always count on?
Wildly enough, I used to be pretty flexible as a kid because of ADHD, but since getting a proper stimulant, I've become picky as hell. This is a problem, since I am a rather serious runner, and should probably know more about nutrition than I do, but since I haven't shown any deficiencies yet, I'm gonna keep on the way I'm going.
Foods I cannot get within a meter of:
- meatloaf
- mac n cheese (truly a shame, I know)
- milk
- protein shakes
- any gooey dessert
Go-to meals:
- uncrustables (arguably 50% of my diet)
- egg and sausage sandwiches
- any steamed veggie, but mostly broccoli and cauliflower
- chicken nuggets
- fries
- beans and rice
