What are your Yuck and Yum foods?

What are the foods that make you wince? How about the ones that you can always count on?

Wildly enough, I used to be pretty flexible as a kid because of ADHD, but since getting a proper stimulant, I've become picky as hell. This is a problem, since I am a rather serious runner, and should probably know more about nutrition than I do, but since I haven't shown any deficiencies yet, I'm gonna keep on the way I'm going.

Foods I cannot get within a meter of:

  • meatloaf
  • mac n cheese (truly a shame, I know)
  • milk
  • protein shakes
  • any gooey dessert

Go-to meals:

  • uncrustables (arguably 50% of my diet)
  • egg and sausage sandwiches
  • any steamed veggie, but mostly broccoli and cauliflower
  • chicken nuggets
  • fries
  • beans and rice

I'd love to hear yours.

    - hot and cold food at the same time or on the same plate.

    - fried food, especially chips, it all makes me feel bad and is not t great for my digestion 

    - very sweet things. I prefer savoury and struggle to drink things with sugar in them.

    - carbonated drinks, I can't burp so they just bloat you and they are too sweet. I don't get how people drink them. I don't see how people like Coke.

    Besides that I can eat just about anything. It is better if I like things, but it is not essential, food is mostly just calories to me. I need it.
