Hello,
So long story short I am autistic and my university knew this and continuously discriminated against be because of my disability under the Special Education Needs and Disability Act (2001). Has anyone else had a similar experience? How did you deal with it? Can i take legal action? I need advice on what to do, im in the process of making a formal complaint against this university.
yep, if you can prove they discriminated and have solid evidence you can indeed sue them for it.what did they do and do you have solid evidence for it?
