Hello! My name is Bea, I'm 20 years old and self diagnosed, and also at the beginning of a formal diagnosis. I'm fairly new to the autistic community and am looking for books or any other resources (such as blogs, youtubers, podcasts, or anything really!) that anyone has found helpful :--) I'm open to all suggestions, and particularly books on autism in girls and women! Thank you and I'm proud to be here
I like A Survival Guide For People With Aspergers Syndrome by Marc Segar. It's online. :)
Thanks so much!!
No problem. It's good for learning social life's unwritten rules. I am due another reread of it myself.
Cynthia Kim "Nerdy Shy and Socially inappropriate" book or website https://musingsofanaspie.com/about/

Welcome to the forum.... Spectrum women is brilliant. Edited by Barb Cook and Dr Michelle Garnett.
"The autustic brain" by Temple Grandin. Temple Grandin is a really tough pathfinding autistic lady. Read anything by her.
