Decided to reactivate my pen pal account and explained everything to my successful pen pal. Hopefully she will understand. The other person is blocked permanently.
Hi, i’m sorry to hear that someone bullied you online. I had some similar experience recently. It’s shame that it happens so often.

That‘s already a lot, especially considering that you’re not feeling so good right now! Be proud of that. I know, it sounds silly, but those things are already much more than the bare minimum. And to be honest, I‘ve had days that made it seemingly impossible for me to even step a foot in public.
You‘re pretty strong, don‘t forget that, even when you‘re frustrated.
Most of the time we tend to have far too high expectations as to what a routine should look like. Start with the basics. Able to brush your teeth every morning and evening? Keep it up, that‘s amazing!
Wanna be more active? Instead of trying to work out for an hour, start by doing 5 push-ups every morning. You‘re not able to keep it up? That‘s fine, go lower. One single push-up is still better than none.
Check the expectations and demands you put on yourself. Start low enough so you‘re able to keep certain parts of a routine up and improve from there. I know, it‘s easier said than done. There are many people on here who will be happy to support you through advice or even just listening to (or rather reading about) your thoughts and struggles.
Well, that’s unfortunate that you were bullied, I’m sorry about that. But that’s good that you have a community group you meet with and that you have hobbies. Those are very important.
As for forming a routine, make time in your day for participating in those things you enjoy. Maybe a half hour to walk or an hour to color, etc? That time could be important for destress, especially if your day is out of wack and stressful.
