Feeling low

Good evening,

Feeling low as I was bullied online recently by a pen pal and ended up deleting my account. Interpals supposed to be a website for finding pen pals. Now more like nasty, scammers, looking for romance and postal. Used to be really good. Had to break up with a successful one. Triggered something in the past.

Also my routine is a mess and not structured.

My friends say try to keep my routine much I can. Feeling awful. There's a lot going on with my life. I'd mentioned it to my friends on WhatsApp and trustworthy people e.g a local charity in my area. I enjoy reading, photography, nature, colouring and puzzle books. How do I get into a routine?

Also I go to the Women's Institute occasionally. Got afternoon tea with them next week.

  • Well, that’s unfortunate that you were bullied, I’m sorry about that. But that’s good that you have a community group you meet with and that you have hobbies. Those are very important.

    As for forming a routine, make time in your day for participating in those things you enjoy. Maybe a half hour to walk or an hour to color, etc? That time could be important for destress, especially if your day is out of wack and stressful.

  • When I go for a walk, see people I know and all of the flowers [it's no mow may in the UK];

    I'll have my morning coffee at 10am [different on a Sunday]; when I could do my puzzle book or coloring.

    Saturday and Sunday are laundry days. Alternate Sunday I do the recycling bins, food waste and garden waste for Monday collection. Different when it's a public holiday in the UK.
