I might have to a break from the forum as I am too unwell to continue posting. My internet activities are destroying my mental health.
I had to take a break a few months ago too. Take care of yourself.
I am not using the internet that much at the moment. I just use it about 1hr when I wake up checking everything and forums and don't use it for the rest of the day unless I need to and I am careful for my health which threads I do open.There are ways to still use it and take care of yourself as well.
I hope you find sanctuary from this wild world.
