I’ve come across DBT which is dialectical behaviour therapy, and was wondering if anyone who suffers with low mood and anxiety have tried?
I do DBT. It's a different kind of therapy but I have found it useful in my personal experience, it's really helping me to cope better and feel better. I know it's not just me imagining things as my family have noticed a difference in me as well.
