Hi my name is Wendy, I have four children altogether and my 5 year old son was diagnosed with autism on the 11th august, me and my partner has been managing with him anyway without the diagnosis.
i was wondering if anyone has any ideas on how to get him dry at night times ? As at the moment he goes for a wee before bed and then I wake him up before we got to bed at about 10.30pm, he does wear up pulls at night time, but he is still wet every morning, sometimes my partner wakes him up for a wee at about 2am as well if he is up, but nothing seems to help.
does anyone have any other ideas or has anyone got an autistic child dry at night time ?
Any help or advice would be welcome, thanks
Hi and thank u very much, Wendy
Hi Wend1,
Welcome to the community!
I've included the following link in this response http://www.autism.org.uk/toilet-training which will take you to a page on the NAS website all about toilet training, including a section on night times.
Best wishes,
