Ten fun facts about me

1) I was diagnosed when I was 15 ( I thought this was late but then I saw when all you were diaganosed and I don't feel so bad anymore!)

2) My New Years Resoltion is to not have any meltdowns ( and so far I am achieving this)

3) I don't have any friends so I've come on this website to find some!

4) I am a massive Harry Potter fan and my dream is to go to Harry Potter World some day.

5) My favourite musician is Grace Vanderwaal and for Christmas I got a signed CD of hers!!

6) I have a birth mark behind my left eye and I only know because the optician took a photo of it and showed me.

7) I have a not so little sister who loves makeup, youtube and hanging out with her friends. She means the world to me and we get along really well. 

8) My favourite Harry Potter character is Severus Snape because I love how he is actually good underneath all his badness and this shows that you shouldn't judge people just from how they act as you do not know how they are feeling underneath. Plus I just love him and Alan Rickman.

9) I like reading mystery books and i am now going to a teen book cafe at the libary to socialise more.

10) My favourite subject at school is admin and in the future my dream job is to be an admin assistant or a PA. 

Thanks for taking the time to read my ten fun facts about me. My challenge is for all of you to tell me your ten fun facts about yourselves as I am interested to know more about you.

    1) I was diagnosed with Aspergers in November aged 45

    2) My new years resolution is not to make any resolutions, as I do them if I feel like it , not as it's the new year.

    3) I'm a great Tolkien/Lord Of The Rings fan

    4)Most of my friends seem to live around Coventry, Nuneato

    n,Birmingham, Wolverhampton areas I'm 60-80 miles away,or have quite a few American friends I'd like to meet. Wish I could up sticks & move.

    5) Speaking of America I'd love to ride the route of Route 66 one day

    6) In addition to Tolkien & fantasy fiction , I enjoy fiction by Andy Mc Nab and Chris Ryan (not very girly I know , but I found it gripping stuff)

    7)  She's a Rainbow and Street Fighting Man were the first rock songs I remember hearing, my Dad 1944-2005 was a Rolling Stones fan, I'm also mad about Queen. I like Rock, Prog, Metal, Classical and Blues music. I love Laurel and Hardy films, ot that from my Dad.

    8) I like tattoos I've got two so far, a devil smoking a spliff I had done in 1995, as I wanted to see if getting a tattoo would hurt or not and some 20 years on a Queen crest as designed by Freddie Mercury. Want to get more inking done I've got a soldier & poppy design for my uncles KIA in WW1 and WW2 and for my veteran friends who suffer with combat PTSD, and possibly more it's only money or lack of that stops me.

     9) I've driven two British Railways Class 31 diesel locomotives, and a DMU (Diesel Multiple Unit) and I wasn't even a train driver. At school I wanted to be a train driver or join the RAF. I did work on the railway 'tilI was made redundant. I'm thinking now I'd be in my element in a (railway) museum.  I'd emaybe like to test out the water to se if I'd enjoy HGV driving (Blame Fiona from Eddie Stobart Trucks & Trailers & Lisa & Mia from Ice Road Truckers fo that). If I could draw I'd like to be a book illustrator or tattoo artist, tho I can't so I'd be crap at those jobs.   

      10) I've helped to strip down & restore a steam locomotive, she should be up and running in service next month.
