Hi all,
I have kept my problems bottled up my whole life and thought its about time I chat to some people about things. My girlfriend doesn't even know.
I'm looking forward to speaking and sharing stories with other like minded people here, especially how they 'deal'? With, well life!

In terms of help and support available to you, you could try searching for services in your area on the Autism Services Directory:
www.autismdirectory.org.uk This includes services such as: support groups, social groups, advocacy, befriending, residential settings, outreach and respite.
