Returning User / NEEDS MODERATOR!

I lost access to this site after it transferred. When my initial effort to login was rejected, I clicked on the 'forgot password' option only to be told that I did not have managerial access to this function. When I tried to login as a new user using my home email address, the system would not let me do this because it said that my email address was already in use.

When I created a new account using a secondary email address that I had created for a one time (and now defunct) business, the system told me that my account will be deleted in ten days because it has been flagged as spam. When I appealed this deletion, the loading circle icon appeared and spun around and around and around. I don't know if the appeal went through.

Bottom line - unless I know that my new account won't be deleted in ten days, I see no reason in continuing to visit this site. I would actually prefer access to my old account but the system has not been cooperative and will not send me reset information even though it says that my home email address is 'in use'.

I hope a moderator sees this and can help.
