Dear Online Community users,
We’re glad to inform you that late last night, our technical support team successfully identified and permanently fixed the password reset issues that have been affecting many of you since our recent platform update. This means that, at last, you can now use the password reset function to receive an email link that will allow you to securely reset your password and log back in.
We are truly sorry for the frustration, inconvenience and upset this has caused. We know many of you have felt let down, and this was the last thing we intended when we set out to improve our platform to make it more secure and reliable for everyone.
To reset your password, please follow these instructions, which are now working:
- Select ‘Join or sign in' to open the Sign in page. After ‘Forgot your password or username?’ you have an option to select 'Reset here’.
- Enter the email address linked to your account, then select ‘Recover Password’.
- You will receive an email allowing you to reset your Online Community password.
