hi beautiful people

and i'm back i hope the people let me post this because it's nothing bad . I think i got a  social worker now my mental health improved a lot no more suicide attempts since yesterday last week the truth is 4 weeks . and even though you guys might think this is bad it's not my psychiatrist diagnosed me with autism long time ago and give me a new dose of medication for my ADHD AUTISM BIPOLAR AND BPD which is idk and um yeah . i don't swear more nicer to people kind and got lots of more skills and other stuff but um yeah i just don't know how to make myself feel better my distractions are reading colouring listening to positive music watching movies puzzles video games not just roblox and minecraft even and um other knitting and art and design which is kinda helping  now um yeah . I also made a couple new friends and married to my boyfriend which is idk . yeah. I just idk how to make myself feel better anymore. Also not here to rant anymore about my problems hope they post this
