I have been reading the posts here for about a year and a half now and it started to feel rude by just lurking about.
I'm on that long waiting list for diagnosis and am 50 this year.
Hope I can join in on some of these threads...

Hi Tina,
I tend to fixate on certain things for a year or two - until I have "completed" them. But some are constant... environmental things, making stuff, music, dogs.
Obsessively watching Ren videos at the moment!
That sounds great. Sometimes fixation can lead to anxiety for me but it's lovely when it's fixation on things you enjoy.
What music do you like?
Yes, it isn't good when fixation turns into "must finish this..must finish this!"
Lots of different music, the older I get the more varied stuff I like but some favourites are....Primus, The Beat, Frank Turner, Tricky, Rollins Band, Nick Drake, Autopsy, Cypress Hill, Faith No More... anything with passion.
Any favourites yourself?
