hello !

Hello all...i just joined the society although i've never been officially diagnosed, reading recent research on autism suddenly explains so much of what I've felt and struggled with over the past 60 years!!! I feel both very sad that i've led a life of hiding/pretending/getting through, yet at the same time very glad and optimistic that societies like this exist now, and that the current climate means that more and more of 'us' ! can reveal ourselves and find places where we can be understood and accepted for who /what we are...thank you for accepting me!
