I wasn’t sure where to include this question but I was wondering if anyone knew how to set up a blog, what blog websites to use for starting one or how to explain the process? I’d just like to know so that I can start one up and organise everything correctly.
I've blogged on WordPress for over a decade, it's free to get started and very easy to run. Their customer service team is great if you have any questions or get stuck.
Can highly recommend them! If you enjoy it then you can get a subscription to unlock new features and the like.

You might want to use the Classic Editor for creating blog posts to get started, too, the new editor they're bringing in slowly might be a bit confusing if you're new to blogging.
When you post, just remember to include up to 14 tags in the "tag" section. That's what sends your content out into the right community. So you could add "autism" or "mental health" as tags. You can explore those tags to find likeminded content, too!
Give it a whirl and don't be put off if you get stuck. Couple over days and you'll be flying away.
