I'm new here, looking for a place I belong and hopefully a place of friendship as well. Would be nice as I'm currently alone. I enjoy writing and listening to music.

nice to meet you what music do you like listening to? Your group sounds a lot of fun. I was attending a yoga and mindfulness group but since stopped because of my anxiety.
I tried yoga but my body is in pain a lot of the time and it made it too painful to do. I find hot baths help with my anxiety and with the pain.
Different types of genre. BBC sounds is really good. Yoga with Adriene is really good on YouTube.
