Hello, I go by the name Oddity. I chose this, as I'm a big fan of David Bowie and am an odd person. I now know my oddity is autism but for a long time I went undiagnosed feeling as an alien on a world amongst humans.
I'm in my twenties, engaged to the girl of my dreams. I'm lucky as she puts up with all my nonsense and never moans about me info dumping Bowie facts on her.
Anyway, my special interest is David Bowie. Here's my Bowie song of the day - Absolute Beginners. Enjoy!

Yours, Oddity.
Hi and welcome, my favourites are Starman, Young Americans and Life on Mars?
Drive in Saturday, for me, because it featured on the film Control about Ian Curtis.
That is a great track, it’s hard to pick the best Bowie track as all are brilliant. He wrote Drive in Saturday for Mott the Hoople, they declined it!
Always preferred 'Roll Away the Stone', myself.

I knew the ATYD story but not the DIS one.
You are a constant source of information Roy ...
I knew if I dropped enough breadcrumbs, you would join the Bowie discussion, All the Young Dudes was given by Bowie for free. When Mott the Hoople turned down Drive in Saturday, Bowie was deeply offended, he went home and shaved his head, he basically killed off that persona of him and used his genius to reinvent himself.

They did well with 'All The Young Dudes' though....
