Hi all,
I've recently been diagnosed with autism and adhd at 26, and the last few weeks I've been really struggling and now am unable to work again and so fatigued. I've just discovered this is autism burnout! I have just started therapy, but it seems I have so much to learn about myself and I feel very lonely....I feel no one I know understands me so I thought I'd join this community.
If anyone has any advice on how to recover from my burnout I'd really appreciate it....I guess its going to take time....its just so horrible.

Hi TomDTake some time out and don't put any pressure on yourself.It will take time, you have to process things first.For now,go with the flow and try to relax.Best wishes.
