I hope you can please help me. I read the most powerful article today entitled (I think), How did they miss it. Written about their parents and why they did not notice, up to the point where the father died and the mother had Alzheimer's.
As a parent of a 17 year old son with Asperger, the story of a struggling relationship over the years, between child, mother and father, really hit some truths for me and I am desperate to share it with my husband. I have been searching for hours so thought I would reach out and ask if this rings any bells with anyone.
