My name is Julie

I was diagnosed with Asperger's at the age of 11 years old

I suffer a lot with anxiety, but it's been a lot worse since covid

I also suffer with OCD, covid hasn't helped with this either

Looking forward to getting to know you all and hopefully picking up a few coping strategies along the way

    Me too!  ... it has been a total revelation. I understand and connect with the feelings and thinking of the forum members on here. After many years of being misunderstood it is a breath of fresh air to meet like minded people.
