My (nearly) 10 year old has just (FINALLY) been diagnosed. We’ve fought for this for 7 years now so it’s a bit of a relief. Although now we’re here I’m a bit like uhh...now what?! What did everyone do/contact/read/sign up to/learn etc when you got your children diagnosed? Any tips would be great thank you x
Can I ask have you told your 9 year old yet? I’m in the same boat with a child the same age and as expected their anxiety levels have hit the roof now. I felt like I was dammed if I do and damned if I don’t so I decided to tell them before the school let slip. I’ve been watching age appropriate clips on the internet when ever they ask questions.
