I have very limited personal experience of autism. 

I am a Mental Health First Aider and run a Carers' Network for my colleagues at work, some of whom do have first-hand experience. 

I've joined your community to learn more about the challenges you face and how you deal with these challenges.

    Hi Dave, welcome...  ive only just joined as a mother of a 32 yr old son suffering from autism and mental health problems at moment , life is such a challenge just dont know who to turn to next.
