remember me adrian. havent talk to you for a long time, how are you? i was busy in the past and is going throught a serious depression.
are you getting help for the depression ?

No - I see a specialist every couple of weeks... we’ll I would usually, haven’t since the lock down started. She works through stuff with me to help me manage my triggers and traits.
so you are a specialist who work with autistic people then?
Technically still in the process of formal diagnosis (due to a major failing in the system my original referral in 2014/15 didn’t happen) but the autism specialist I work with now says it’s almost certainly Aspergers.

Autistic Adrian if you ever need someone to chat to about your depression - send me a message, I can’t promise everything will be ok, because that is beyond my control but I do know from my own experience that simply having someone to talk to about issues can help. My settings allow anyone to message me - and the reason I am happy to help anyone is because my life has been in really dark places and if I can help others so they don’t end up getting to the point I did, then that’s what I’ll do :)
