hi
sorry about spelling i also have learning diffculties. i am 34 and i also have neuro problems and mental health problems. i am finding it hard on where to find support from i have ocd, bpd, depression, mixed axiety and attachment disorder. i find it hard to funsction and process info i have a short term memory problems too. i want support but mental health in my area are not use so i have been told to phone social services for a needs assessment i am just wondering what this will entale?

A needs assessment effectively reviews you against different categories (e.g. socialising, work) to see what areas you need support with. Based on that, they will provide you with support that helps you best :)
