My name is Wendy. I am in my sixties and was diagnosed with autism last August. I have struggled all my life with depression, anxiety and lack of confidence. I live alone and my hobbies are gardening, DIY and watching TV. I would love to hear from anyone else who is also experiencing mental health difficulties due to autism.
