hello

As ever, saying hello is tricky for me, but here goes...

I'm in my 40's and recently had a diagnosis of autism and I'm feeling a bit confused as to what that means to me, part of me feels stronger and clearer and part feels strangely lonely.  I thought I'd introduce myself and see if anyone connects with this in any way. Below is a still of light on water, it's kind of how I feel right now.

  • Hello and welcome.  I don't think it's unusual for it to take a while to get your head around a diagnosis, so you're not "abnormal" in that.  If you've got any questions I'm sure people will be pleased to try and answer/help.
