I am the mum of a 37 year old son with high functioning Asperger's. I really don't know what to put here accept that I don't have no one to speak to, and that my son has no friends what's so ever.
The only way he does things is when I go with him, we spend 365 days together, not healthy for him or me. Could other people tell me how you all make friends, socialise, date etc.
Would appreciate any advice you could give us
I find making friends extremely difficult. Keeping them is even harder. I only manage to socialise through similar interests. Does your son have any particular interests he could share social interests in? I've never managed to date so I'm not much help on that one.
