Hi

Im kirsty. I have 3 children, one diagnosed ADHD and one with traits of ADHD and Autism. He’s 12. I find him really challenging and I’m am trying so hard to give him the best but I’m needing new ideas ie book recommendations and real life support from others who may have similar experiences. Hope this is ok.
