Not a good day pain wise. They said it could happen 3-5 days after an extraction. A delayed reaction to the extractions is what it is. Need to have good fluid intake in this weather, but both hot and cold drinks set the pain off.
Try using a straw, less contact of the drink with teeth and gums.
