Not a good day pain wise. They said it could happen 3-5 days after an extraction. A delayed reaction to the extractions is what it is. Need to have good fluid intake in this weather, but both hot and cold drinks set the pain off.

I've been doing the sat swishing after meals. As mentioned in the instructions leaflet. Woke up this morning at 4.30 with a lot of pain.
Thanks .You're right about tepid drinks. I tried fennel tea many years ago. Once was enough for me.
Ooh poor you, the best bet would be to have tepid drinks, my favourite drink to have like this is fennel tea. We've not had all the hot that other's are said to have had, its been cloudy and windy and it's starting to rain.
