Autism and gastrointestinal disorders

Is there such thing as a doctor that specialises in Autism and gastrointestinal disorders.  I'm in London, UK and want to seek a (private) second opinion after NHS diagnosed abdominal migraines.  Thanks

I think it unlikely but, if you have already had investigations via the NHS, then the NHS diagnosis could be correct.

    NHS diagnosed abdominal migraines

However, I looked that up and it appears to be extremely rare in adults.

Therefore, if you haven't had investigations via secondary care (hospital specialist/s), I'd suggest pushing the matter in order to have them or going private.

I'm not sure really that autism is a necessary component of any investigation.

    Good luck.
