I slept EIGHTEEN hours - from 7:30 pm to 1:30 pm - and I had a cutting Migraine all day. Even though I feel like throwing up; I can't.
The past week has been chaos.
Omg how are you today? I'm glad you got that rest. Sometimes the best thing for a migraine is sleeping it off. I get them all the time and usually put myself to bed.
I hope you're lots better now.
Today, I was on a day trip; to Crumlin Road Gaol and Portaferry Aquarium. En route to the second port of call, I had a sore head and nausea. However, the ones I went with were so helful; handing me a wristband to use. But once I bought paracetamol, and took a tablet, the headache and nausea left.
