Dehydration ?

At my post diagnosis appointment on Friday I tentatively mentioned dehydration. The woman mentioned  interoception . Anyone else have a tendency to become dehydrated?

    Yes! I was hospitalised with dehydration as a child (I simply refused to drink and had to be put on a drip). In adulthood, I know I should drink, but I often don't notice when I'm thirsty (until I have a pounding headache). I have to build-in routines to remind me to drink.
