Film "club" - a request for I Sperg

As many of you know, I Sperg is running a weekly film night where you can join in on Zoom if you wish and then discuss afterwards - see his posts about it if you haven't heard.

Some of us would rather watch the chosen film on our own, at another time suitable to us, and then discuss it on this forum, a bit like a book club.

I Sperg - I have a request. Would it be possible for you to choose a film that is currently available to watch for free on UK catch up TV (such as film4, for example) which has subtitles? It's just that it would improve accessibility for everyone who might be interested.

    I'm sorry, but I don't know how to respond to your friend request as I don't even know where to find it. I don't do private messaging with people on the internet I'm afraid - I like to just post publicly on here. I'm a bit cautious where the internet is concerned, plus I think that public chats on here may help others reading them. So please do whatever is required to "close" the request and I hope you're not offended - I enjoy reading your posts.

    Pixiefox has said elsewhere that this aspect of the forum is not for her. Which is fair enough. We are all different and get different things out of this. I totally respect her position!
