Late diagnosed adult

I’m 41 and only recently diagnosed. I feel such relief but also angry that it took my whole life of feeling like there was something wrong with me before I found out. It’s such a rollercoaster. I’m so happy but so terribly confused

Yes feel the same way about struggling for decades not knowing why nor getting the right support/information etc. to help cope xx
