Hi everyone

im 34 years old today I got my official diagnosis 

I am autistic

also have dyscalculia and dyspraxia 

I feel validated and a whole rollercoaster of emotions

    to be honest i don't think it matters there seems to be no help, I'm not even going to bother to be diagnosed i know what i am.  

    i feel a sense of comfort in knowing, i don't think any kind of therapy like cbt works
