wildlife trips and day trips.

Hello. thanks  im glad you enjoyed them. for me  I use a canon m6 mirrorless. I take photos of lots of differant types of wildlife so I also take pictures of insects and plants like you aswell 

Hi Zo.  I enjoyed your photos.  I also use Canon R7 mirrorless and I take photos mainly of insects and plants.

I dont know why there isnt any even though i was going to be going on the ones i mentioned for this week  and I dont  if there will be any next week or not cause of a change.

 so i will be wanting to do the one i had in my mind i was going to be doing this week that  I mentioned i wanted to do this week when its next week  regardless.   but  I dont know if I will be going on any day trips  next week or not yet. its strange and i dont know whats going on  so thats why I cant say anything yet. 

Your day trip photos are always a highlight of my day. It is a shame that there won't be any this week.

I hope that you get enough time to plan in your mind for next week.

update: things have changed there isnt going to be a day trip this week. I dont know if there will be one next week or not so I cant say anything about next week 

thanks. I didnt want the trip to be a waste even though we were there for less than 15 minutes

I was mainly just walking ahead cause i was intent on getting into the bird hide which was down the canal there.

but i had to wait and look back to see how she is doing and if she is ok. cause she was slower than me.

before it got to the point of being so muddy that we may need to turn back I took a few photos then but it was still very muddy

it was also wet cause the ice had melted on the path. the water in the canal was frozen whem we got to a certain point. I stopped taking pictures though then after that 

she kept saying its only going to be even worse, we cant keep walking like this its getting worse eventualy she started falling over so I decided ok we,l turn back rather than her keep going ahead when she almost fell over she started struggling to walk cause it got too bad. she didnt actualy fall over and didnf get injured but she almost fell over at one point cause her feet got stuck in the mud 

 we didnt bring wellys cause we didnt know it might be as muddy as it was cause of the weather.  i had better shoes than she did cause I have trainers or shoes that are designed for things like  walking and running or climbing. hers was for indoors or for casual and general walks 

it took a long time to get there and I hadnt been there before so I wasnt  going to visit the reserve without any pictures so if i went all the way there and exspecialy since there was a high possibility we may turn back at any time i may aswell. this is the kind of situation where you cant let the weather get in the way.  it felt like a waste otherwise if I didnt take any 

im hoping to visit again this week simce we had to turn back cause of how it was cause of the weather. we didnt realise we had the wrong foot wear until we realised how muddy i was so we know to bring wellys next time. but iv been told it also depends on the weather so I got a back up just in case we cant go but im hopeing we can 

edit: its just rained so it is unlikely but Iv got a back up so I have another day trip option

Well done for getting those photos in difficult circumstances Zo.

I hope that the person with you didn't injure themselves - if it had been me with you, I'd have been falling over too.  It's one of the things I'm best at.

this day trip was the shortest iv ever had. it was meant to be a long one.  it was at a nature reserve that has a bird hide. we were on our way to the bird hide. it  was last Thursday I went there.  we went and cause of the weather it was really muddy but it was too muddy where the person with me was falling over so we ended up haveing to go back but i managed to get a few photos

 I dont know. not really.  my trips are a variety of habitats not just parks.  i also have a non day trip thread aswell in case you might be interested in that aswell I have lots of trips on there aswell.

I was scrolling dpwn to look for potential parks to visit. I was thinking have ever considered videoig he parks and may be having a Youtube or social media on it. There are a lot like that on Youtube and it can give you another way to express an interest.

I like being in nature, water is my thing really though so I try and find parks with waterfalls really.

 I got mixed feellings about it not working out. it was quiet out of nowhere and I wasnt exspecting it

yes that might of been a good idea actualy but I put it back where I got it from and stuck with what I made for breackfast

I havnt been to the place before but if there is time I will be going. it probably wont be a whole day day but it is classified as a day trip. 

cant sleep tonight cause im anxious tomight  so im too alert to the slightest noises and im  jumpy  so while  Im up Im just leaveing a comment for Thursday  since this is a day trip thread that i might be going on a day trip tomarow so if I do and there worth sending on this thread il send them on here 

if you mean day trips not yet.  just that one. Mum and Dad are picking me up today. when i go out with them they arnt usualy day trips as such we dont allways go out but usualy do  so I put them in my non day trips one when I go on trips with them
