welcome back. thats ok. believe it or not there was literaly no one there except the people that work there. the park has lots of differant reserves in the same area and they have bird hides. it was a day trip but it wasnt all day. I havnt been there before so it was a new place.
we left at 11;30 am. the driver got lost so I had to ask if I can look at the map for her to see where the curser that pin point where we are says we are then put it on compass mode so that it shows me which direction we are going if i were to turn left or right and if it is the right way and right is right and left is left and not up
when we turn and stuff. then I told her where to turn and where not to in order to get there.
we got there around 1;30. i took pictures at the first lake while my support worker ate her lucnh in the car. i saved mine for after the trip. there was 2 main lakes. I asked the man where the nature reserves are cause the sign isnt clear aswell as the other lakes so I went towards the second lake. there wasnt many birds. only one cormerant. but there was lots on the first lake. we didnt have time to look for the nature reserves but I took pictures
if you mean day trips not yet. just that one. Mum and Dad are picking me up today. when i go out with them they arnt usualy day trips as such we dont allways go out but usualy do so I put them in my non day trips one when I go on trips with them

He wants to fix it himself doesn’t he and I bet he will feel proud of himself when he does instead of taking the easy way out.

My mum rolls her eyes at my dad especially when he repeats himself or gets confused. It makes me laugh as it’s like watching a show on tv sometimes but it’s live.
Have you been on anymore days out lately Zo?

thanks. sorry for being late replying. he can be funny sometimes. not allways. but sometimes.
he also tells jokes sometimes aswell Mum finds the jokes anoying though sometimes cause of how he tells them and he doesnt stop telling them sometimes. if he tells any tomarow I might share them on my jokes and humor thread when I come back in the evening. for sat nav one day cause Dad is so relient on his sat nav he wouldnt even let my Mum let him use hers when he had trouble with the sat nav. instead he spent ages sorting his phone out when we were going on holiday when we had to get there by a certain time. Mum wasnt inpressed and said hes unbelivable. he wont use anyone elses sat nav.
which is why he wouldnt let her give it to him even when Mum tryed to persuade him to use hers

Your dad sounds like he is good fun.
My dad is good fun as well and he makes me laugh, he is never serious and like me he forgets everything. We are very similar in a lot of ways but he is more outgoing than me. He has taught me some important lessons though which I’m grateful for and he is a fantastic person.
He doesn’t drive anymore as he had a stroke a few years back but that’s ok because he walks everywhere now and he’s fitter and healthier than he was before. When he did drive he didn’t use a sat nav very much and always pretended he knew where he was going (but he didn’t). My mum used to keep saying he was lost and he would tell her to be quiet and that he did know. He was very stubborn about that but it was funny.

I usualy say Dad you already know how to get there and Mum says i know hes terrible. he sometimes puts funny voices on the sat nav aswell wev been through differant ones. one asumed we would be turning into zombies and said his evil plan is finaly comming together and then it would blurt you trust me dont you.
it was differant from one that said turn right year year turn right. at the moment Dad has one with a deep voice that sounds remarkably competative for a drive and uses competative words. Mum finds it anoying but Dad likes it. I sometimes respond to it and tell it how can you do that when your driveing the competative guy for instance says miss the 3rd road and then take the first and second exit. so I say 3rd exit? theres only 2 exists how can you take the 3rd exit. Dad i dont think you should do that.
unless you want to go the wrong way and take over a car or have a race against a car of course
somewhere. wherever that is cause i dont know where you would go but I dont think you should do that anyway

I think you would make a great outdoor survival expert, not only can you identify so much wildlife and plant life you have skills in navigation also.
I have a poor sense of direction I’m afraid, I have been taking my son for therapy sessions for well over a year now, I can get home without sat nav but I still can’t get there.
