Hi I made a biscoff cheesecake on Wednesday for my friend we had it last night when he came over with ice cream and it was a huge success. It was perfect 9 out of 10 my friend said it would have been 10 out of 10 if the base was made better. On Saturday I’m going to make a peach cheesecake for me and my same friend on Sunday for after we finish circus skills together. I’m just wondering if anyone has any other cheesecake recipes they want to share.
I wish I do not have a clue but Peach sounds lovely.Do you use tinned or fresh?i personally for the base love shortbread or ginger I hate digestive bases

Well look the main thing is you tried I cannot cook I am good with ready mades and can do a steak or a roast.
Cheesecake my issue is I am not keen on digestive base ginger or shortbread is my favourite.
I also recall having an upside down cheesecake as a pudding that's nice
