When I was 8, they told me I have ADHD. Now, I think may be it's more like I'm both easily distracted and super active, which they call mixed ADD. Lately, I have been thinking maybe I'm also autistic. I'm curious, what would knowing that change for me? And if anyone else has found out they are autistic, how has it changed things for you?
For me nothing changed really. Ideally a new world would open up for me, but unfortunately, this isn't Disney or something. Then again, it could help you I guess it really depends on your situation
