Autistic adult groups in South Wales?

This is a long shot and I don't expect any answers.  I am asking if anyone knows of any autistic adult groups or societies in South Wales, perhaps even mainstream or NT groups who would welcome ND people?

    Hi I can help you there depending on where in south wales you are from in neath on Saturday there is the autism hub. Not sure where exactly or the timing of it and there is a charity called ASDES that are Swansea based but also have groups running in neath port Talbot and Bridgend. The charity mostly help people find work but they do have a lot of social groups running as well.
