NHS ASD Assessment referral accepted

It's been a bit of a rocky road to get this far, but I cannot tell you how relieved I am to learn this today.

For five decades I thought I was broken. But now I know that yes I'm different, but I'm not less. I'm a person with ASD.

It's about a two year wait for the assessment now, but I'm okay with that. At the moment this is recognition enough.
